Returns Policy

At Silver Eagle Outfitters, the quality of our products is completely guaranteed for one full year following the purchase of your product. And, if you're not satisfied with the fit or feel of your purchase, we'll replace it or give you your money back through the first 30 days. It's that simple.

Information about your return, refund or exchange:

  1. Tell us how you want to handle the return. Would you like us to exchange the item, issue a Gift Certificate, issue a refund or credit the card originally charged, or other (please explain)?
  2. Let us know why you are returning the item (for example: wrong size, wrong item, didn't like color, damaged in transit, etc.).
  3. Specify the name and address to which we should send your refund or exchange.
  4. Please give us an email address, fax number or telephone number (specify day or evening) in case we have questions.
  5. Ship your return to us

From outside the U.S. (excluding Canada): Please ship your return or exchange via surface or airmail. We're sorry, we cannot accept returns shipped via FedEx or UPS from a non-U.S. address. If you request an exchange, we will pay shipping charges for the item we ship to you. Please be aware that your country may levy import customs and duties on items we ship to you.
